The semaphores of traffic signal systems are becoming a reality.
With a deal to buy semaphor, Semaphores announced today it is buying a $4 billion stake in a major U.S. traffic signal system maker.
The deal, announced today by the company, makes Semaphor one of the biggest investors in traffic signal equipment and systems.
It will be the largest acquisition by Semaphors in recent memory, according to the company.
The acquisition will create the largest traffic signal operator in the United States, and will bring jobs to the U.K. The semagram deal was announced in an investor call.
The company said the semaphone’s market share will increase by 70% and its revenue will increase 80%.
Semapho expects to generate $3.6 billion in revenues and $4 to $5 billion in cash from the deal, according with the statement.
The announcement came just two weeks after Semaphora announced a $1.2 billion deal to acquire Semaphonix, a data processing software startup, for $2.6 million.
Semaphos revenue for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2018, was $6.9 billion, and the company reported a net loss of $1 million for the year.
The Semaphone deal was part of a broader push by Semantec to become a dominant player in traffic signals.
Semantech has also purchased the Chicago-based TrafficBelt for $4 million, which will help the company provide better data services to cities and businesses.
Semantic has also bought the Atlanta-based NextSignal, a startup that helps traffic signal operators and manufacturers use data to improve signal performance and efficiency.
Sema and Semantic were also in talks to buy the New York-based LighthouseSignal for $3 billion.

“By combining our expertise in traffic-signal systems with Semaphony’s global operations, Semanteca will create a global leader in the traffic signal market.”
Semaphoren is currently a unit of Semantic, but it is not part of the parent company.

Semantics’ move into traffic signal analytics comes as a result of its acquisition of the Chicago traffic signal provider Semaphorn, which it acquired for $1 billion in 2018.
In December, Semphos announced it would buy the Atlanta traffic signal vendor Semaphinics for $300 million.
“This transaction will enable Semaphronix to provide a more robust platform to support traffic signal management and data analytics in a large number of markets, including the United Kingdom and Canada,” said the company in a press release.
“The acquisition will allow Semaphrone to provide better information and analytics services to businesses and communities across the U.”
The company is also developing traffic signal technology to improve vehicle safety, and is developing the TrafficBolt, a handheld device that allows operators to collect data from vehicles.
